One of the biggest frustrations when ordering transport — even premium transport — is the lack of information. "When will someone confirm? Who will come? What does the car look like? What if I have to change the address at the last minute?" This article answers each of these questions.
Step 1 — Reservation (form or telephone)
We prefer to contact you by phone when making your first reservation — we can immediately explain the details, vehicle selection and any questions you may have. The form on the website works great for repeat bookings from customers who know our standard.
When talking by phone, we agree on: date, time, pickup location, destination, number of people, luggage, preferred vehicle. This usually takes 3-5 minutes.
Step 2 — Confirmation of booking (up to 1 hour)
After each booking, we send a confirmation text message or e-mail containing:
- Collection date and time
- Pickup address and destination
- Vehicle (make, model)
- Driver name (if already assigned)
- Contact number directly to the contractor
If you haven't received confirmation within an hour, call. This is a signal that something has gone wrong.
Step 3 — Reminder the day before
We send a reminder SMS 24 hours before the ride. This is also a good time to report changes — new address, change of time, additional passenger.
Step 4 — Driver information on the morning of the trip
On the day of the order, usually 2-3 hours before pickup, we send an SMS with the driver's name and phone number. From this moment you have direct contact with the person who will arrive.
Step 5 — Communication in progress
The driver informs you via SMS when he leaves for collection (usually 15-20 minutes earlier). For airport transfers — actively tracks the flight and informs about any changes in arrival time.
Step 6 — After the ride
After completing the trip, we send a summary — especially for orders settled hourly or requiring a VAT invoice. The electronic invoice will be sent by e-mail within 24-48 hours.
What to do when something doesn't work
Contact number available for the entire duration of the order. In case of problems during the journey, the driver has direct contact with the dispatcher. No more asking the passenger "what can I do now" — the problem goes to the right person immediately.
