How quickly will I receive a booking confirmation?

We send confirmation by SMS or e-mail within one hour of your enquiry. On the day of travel you receive the driver's details 2–3 hours before departure.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We accept changes and cancellations by phone or e-mail. Cancellation terms are agreed individually at the time of booking depending on the date and type of service.

Question 3

What information do I need to provide when booking?

Accepted Answer

Just your name, phone number, date and time of travel, pick-up location, destination and number of passengers. For airport transfers, please also provide your flight number.
